Need JUST the glass replaced in a double pane window? This is the place! Don’t buy a whole new window—they will measure your panes, make the glass, then bring it to your home to install. You only have a “hole” while they are installing. Professional, knows their stuff, and honest with pricing. (Way cheaper than a whole new window, which wouldn’t match anyhow!)
Had some gym mirrors installed. Good quality work and outcome. Had a few hiccups on scheduling and coordination but the underlying customer service and professionalism was great (and arguably the most important).
Circle Glass and Mirror did an outstanding job replacing our bay window! The new window looks amazing, and they left the area spotless. While it took a bit of time from order to install, their customer service and the professionalism of the installers made it worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Circle Glass and Mirror was excellent throughout the entire process of installing a custom glass wall and door for our shower. They worked with us on the design and installation and I never had to wait for a response to a question or concern. 4 months after our initial installation the door went out of alignment from normal settling and when I informed them, they were back within 48 hours to adjust the door free of charge.

They replaced a broken vanity mirror in my bathroom. The price was good; the service was excellent and very fast. The quality of the product was excellent, and the piece fit perfectly the first time. I was most pleased with this vendor.

Circle Glass and Mirror fabricated, installed, and caulked/painted modern double-pane glass into three existing 60+ year-old wood-frame bow windows—a total of 45 new panes. Every aspect of the job was superb, from initial consultations to final cleanup and checkout. Best of all, the new installation does not detract in any way from the original look of the windows—if anything, the windows look even better now because of the careful choice of moldings and the meticulous caulking and painting. Everyone on the job was highly professional and extremely skilled. Most important, they care about the quality of their work.

I had to cut a few glass tops for some new furniture. They were very helpful with how to make the template, and the pieces came out perfect. The staff was very helpful with making sure I picked the right glass and also presenting a variety of options at my request. It was ready the same week, and about half cost of the other shops I reached out to. Would use again.
My company hired Circle Glass and Mirror to install a glass wall in our office. Brad (the owner) came to our office and walked through the design and process. We received the quotes the next business day with a timeline of the process. It was spot on. Jordan and Kyle came to install the glass. They were professional and respectful. At one point they even stopped installing the glass while a co-worker was on a call. So they were aware of their surroundings. They were top notch from the very first phone call to the install. Even the cost was excellent.
Wonderful business; I needed a very particular size of single glass for an odd rectangular dimension. Jodie was super helpful over the phone and in person. Fabrication was quick and within the 1/16th of the inch I had measured! The price is fair considering this great service; you will not find this level of care/service at a big box retailer (they won’t generally cut!). In summary, great place for DIY/fixes. It is clear Circle Glass and Mirror provides other solutions too.
My previous employer used Circle Glass and Mirror pretty regularly and the experience was always solid, so when I had a need I called them. My 3-year-old got angry and proved his throwing prowess by breaking a glass door on our china cabinet. I got the measurements and called Circle (as well as a couple others) and Circle was by far the easiest to deal with. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone for the glass, that was similar to or better than others. They also had no problem giving a price on labor to install. Once I had the door off and in their shop, they confirmed measurements and actually came out under the original estimate. Turnaround was pretty much spot on and the piece looks great. Easily recommend giving Circle Glass a call if you have glass/mirror work.

Circle Glass and Mirror replaced two foggy windowpanes and installed a new frameless shower enclosure for me. There were a couple missteps, normal stuff, but what really, really impressed me is the level of customer service I received. The company really did everything possible to respond to a few minor concerns I had, and make sure I was 100% satisfied. Really impressive!!
I once bought a great clock that unfortunately fell and the glass cover cracked. I was well past my warranty time period and glass repairs weren’t covered, so I had to look for outside help. It wouldn’t be a clock repair mechanic but a glass repair service provider who would be the answer. I found Circle Glass and Mirror, and when I inquired, I was happy to be informed that they can repair glass covers on clocks, so I took my clock to them. Even better, I found that they can also install plexiglass, so I gladly paid for better durability. They also finished in a timely manner and now my clock is good as new and great to go. Thank you.

I hesitate to post this review for fear that it will cause unrealistic expectations: Circle Glass and Mirror took my custom order and had it ready to go the SAME DAY. Spoke on the phone at 9am, was picking it up at 4pm. They were friendly, professional, and even disposed of my old broken glass panel for me. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will be doing business here in the future.
Absolutely AMAZING! Customer service is top tier! Brad and his team fixed an issue with a glass size, which was partly my fault. They corrected the size and cut the new piece of glass right on the spot! I will NOT get glass from any other glass company ever! Circle Glass and Mirror have a customer for life! Circle Glass and Mirror did a very good job on installing mirror in my home gym. There were some minor tweaks that needed to be completed after their first visit. They brought back more experienced technician Juan and Carlos, and the owner Brad came out to oversee the project. Brad was very professional and gave his value-added input also. He has been doing this for a long time. I would recommend Circle Glass but make sure you get the more experienced technicians. It is worth the wait. Their pricing is very competitive, and they have a fast turnaround time. I highly recommend!

Circle Glass and Mirror was recommended for a challenging repair for a custom window by a rep at Window Nation. I emailed Brad, the owner, and he responded within a day saying that he may not be able to fix it, but he would send someone out to look at it and give me recommendations from there. That’s all I wanted. Ryan showed up on time and assessed the situation. They could fix it. Nicole who called me to coordinate schedules was amazing. Circle Glass is a great service business and I highly recommend them.

The owner of Circle Glass and Mirror, Brad McGrady, along with his crew replaced the large, insulated glass breakfast room window off of our back deck. Given that this was a non-opening window, the job was more complicated, in that the frame of the window had to be partially disassembled inside and out. The bottom member of the window frame was completely rotted. However, Circle Glass was able to complete the job by rotating the frame 180 degrees. The window manufacturer was no longer in business. As the owner, I was responsible for replacing the rotted part, now at the top of the window. This was accomplished with the guidance from Brad McGrady.
Jordan took care of us from measurements to install. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with how our shower looks. Highly recommend Circle Glass and Mirror.
