Can I pick up items you create or have them delivered to install them myself?
Yes, we offer pickup options. Please note that all glass and mirrors picked up from or delivered by our company for customers to install themselves are thoroughly inspected for chips or initial defects. Because we custom-make most products, we do not accept returns. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the material before leaving our warehouse or immediately upon delivery before the driver leaves, as we cannot warranty damage that occurs after transport if we are not performing the installation.

Our team can help you turn your bathroom into a luxury retreat with a premium shower enclosure. We specialize in frameless glass shower doors and enclosures, semi-frameless shower doors, and frameless sliding shower doors.
What type of warranty do you offer for custom glass shower doors?
All of our custom glass shower door installations are backed by a three-year warranty on hardware and a one-year warranty on the seals that guarantees workmanship and covers the repair or replacement of any faulty hardware following an inspection by our team. Kindly note that the warranty does not cover standard cosmetic wear.
Do you offer any protective coatings to help keep glass shower enclosures and doors clean?
Yes, we can include protective glass coatings that help with maintenance and keep your glass looking pristine. We work with trusted coating brands like ShowerGuard and Enduroshield, and 310 Max Pro 15, which carry their own warranties.
What kinds of residential glass and mirror projects can you fabricate?
We offer a wide array of functional and aesthetic glass and mirror fabrications. Common projects include custom tabletop glass, protective furniture tops, glass shelving, custom bathroom and gym mirrors, and insulated window glass.
What kind of warranty coverage comes with residential mirrors?
All mirrors that we sell or install are protected by a one-year warranty against desilvering, spotting, or discoloration. Workmanship on mirror installations is also fully covered for one year.
What commercial glass solutions do you provide?
We offer several commercial glass services, including interior glass build-outs, commercial office sliders, damaged storefront glass replacement, and commercial glass door repairs.
Can you help replace heavy-duty glass for homes and businesses?
Yes, we offer a great supply of technical glass designed for both strength and visual appeal, including safety glass and architectural textured glass.
Can I bring a broken or fogged window to you for a quick fix?
Yes, you can bring us the measurements or the broken glass in your frame, and we will fabricate a custom-cut replacement piece for you as quickly as possible.
