INSUALTED GLASS WARRANTY
When you invest in a Replacement insulated units from Circle Glass, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly constructed by our manufactures using the best material and coating available. We're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all insulated glass sold or installed by Circle Glass.
5-Year Warranty
Circle Glass warrants against the failure of the hermetic seal from the date of purchase, for 5 years. The warranty covers any seal /coating failure due to improper manufacturing, If the insulated unit (s)- (IG) were not installed by circle glass we reserve the right to test the sealant used to install the glass. The incorrect silicone or sealant can have an adverse effect on the seal of the unit. If the silicone was not approved or not compatible this would VOID, your warranty. If Circle Glass installed the unit that unit has failed, Circle Glass will replace it. Breakage of the glass is not covered for any reason.
Year One Of The Five Year Warranty
If the unit fails in the first year of the five-year warranty Circle Glass will provide and install the IG at NO Charge. Defective units after the first year will be supplied to the customer at no charge, but labor would be charged at the current rate to replace it. Circle Glass reserves the right to inspect any units claimed under warranty and has the sole discretion to replace said unit. Moisture on the inside surface of the glass is not covered, this is usually caused by an air leak and is not a sign of a failed seal, only moisture inside the unit is covered.
Terms and Conditions
- Our warranty is offered only to the original purchaser; that is, the warranty may not be assigned or transferred to someone else, and it terminates upon sale of the home/building in which the product has been installed. We do require proof of purchase on all warranty claims.
- The application of Window Film (tinting) will void your warranty.
- Windows cannot be installed in a frame / sash with wood rot present, if asked to do so there would not be any warranty available for the insulated glass unit.
- Circle Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage or to acts of nature including fire, flood, or earthquake.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.
- Use of harsh, abnormal, or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for your proper maintenance of your product.

MIRROR WARRANTY
When you invest in a Mirrored Product from Circle Glass, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly manufactured by established suppliers using the best material available. We're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all mirrors sold or installed by Circle Glass.
1-Year Warranty
Circle Glass provides a warranty against DE silvering, Spotting, or Discoloration for a period of one (1) year, viewing distance is determined to be not closer than 3 feet and not more than 45° angle. Workmanship on mirror Circle Glass has installed is also (1) year from date of purchased. Glue spots burning thru the mirror that was not installed by circle glass is an indicator of the installation being done wrong. Circle Glass reserves the right to inspect the mirror and has the sole discretion to determine if the mirror is covered under the warranty.

- Warranties on installed mirror may be void if there is evidence of tampering or any thing is being added to the mirror after install.
- Circle Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage or to acts of nature including fire, flood, or earthquake.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.

- We allow for an 1/8”-3/16” gap between the walls and ceiling and the edges of the mirror, this to prevent the mirror from binding and possible damage occurring to the mirror.

GLASS SHOWER DOOR WARRANTY
When you invest in a glass shower from Circle Glass, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly constructed of the best materials available, and we're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all glass shower doors sold and installed by Circle Glass technicians.
3-Year Warranty
Circle Glass guarantees its installations and will repair or replace any faulty hardware upon inspection by a circle glass employee, the warranty covers normal use it does not cover wear. Any mis handling or not installed by a Circle Glass technician may not be covered. The decision to replace any hardware is based on the sole discretion of Circle Glass. The Glass is NOT warrantied against chipping or breakage for any reason after the initial install by a circle glass technician. All Coated Glass has its own warranty and can be seen on the companies’ websites.
1-Year Warranty
Circle Glass will provide a 1-year warranty on the silicone seal, and acrylic sweeps, seals and stops. (Material only). If your sweep needs to be replaced before the 1-year warranty period, we will come out to install the new seal or sweep but there is a service charge, you can bring them in for replacement at no addition charge. If the silicone has a leak within the first year, we will come out to remove and replace the silicone. The warranty does not start over. Circle Glass does NOT cover Mold or Mildew these are considered maintenance and are not covered.

WARRANTY FOR PICKED UP ITEMS

We're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on products sold by Circle Glass & Mirror.
PICKED UP AT OUR SHOP
Circle Glass provides a warranty against selling any material made from glass or mirror that is chipped or damaged in any way, when you pick up your product form Circle Glass, we guarantee you will not receive any damaged material, if that should occur, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the problem in a timely fashion. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the product before leaving the office / warehouse. Circle Glass does not accept returns as most products are special order or cut to size. Once the product has left the office / warehouse we do not warranty against any damage.
GLASS, MIRROR THAT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BY CIRCLE GLASS
Circle Glass Provides a warranty that all glass / mirror not installed by but delivered by our company will be free of chips or damage. If that occurs we will make a new piece and deliver it free of charge on the first open date. Once the glass / mirror has been dropped of it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the material, Once the driver / delivery person leaves we will not warranty against damage that may have occurred. If the glass is delivered and no one is there to accept the product it is assumed that is was dropped of in good condition and we will not warranty against damage of any kind.
Terms and Conditions
- Someone over the age of 18 years of age should be there to accept the delivery.
- We do not warranty against Broken, Chipped or Scratched Mirror after the Glass or Mirror has been accepted by the purchaser, Circle Glass and Mirror checks the material before and after fabricating but it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to be sure they are happy with the product before they accept it.
- Circle Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage or mis-handling the product.
- We can only guarantee fit to the sizes you give, Circle Glass will read the sizes back to you for phone orders or if its in person they will give you a copy of the sizes. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the sizes they ordered are correct, sizes given verbally cannot be challenged.
- If you provide written sizes we attach them to your order and confirm our sizes against your written sizes.
- Customers picking up glass or mirror at our shop / office should bring their own packing material.
