Mirror Warranty

When you invest in a mirrored product from Circle Glass and Mirror, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly manufactured by established suppliers using the best material available. We're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all mirrors sold or installed by Circle Glass and Mirror.

One-Year Warranty

Circle Glass provides a warranty against DE silvering, spotting, or discoloration for a period of one (1) year, viewing distance is determined to be not closer than 3 feet and not more than 45° angle. The workmanship warranty on the mirror Circle Glass and Mirror has installed is also (1) year from the date of purchase. Glue spots burning through a mirror that was not installed by Circle Glass and Mirror is an indicator of the installation being done wrong. Circle Glass and Mirror reserves the right to inspect the mirror and has the sole discretion to determine if the mirror is covered under the warranty.

Terms and Conditions

• Our warranty is offered only to the original purchaser; that is, the warranty may not be assigned or transferred to someone else, and it terminates upon the sale of the home/building in which the product has been installed. We do require proof of purchase on all warranty claims.
• We do not warranty against broken, chipped, or scratched mirrors after the initial installation, Circle Glass and Mirror checks the material before and after fabricating but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure they are happy with the product before they accept it.
• Warranties on the installed mirror may be void if there is evidence of tampering or if anything is added to the mirror after installation.
• Circle Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage, or acts of nature including fire, flood, or earthquake.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.

• Use of harsh, abnormal, or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for the proper maintenance of your product.
• We allow for a 1/8”-3/16” gap between the walls and ceiling and the edges of the mirror, to prevent the mirror from binding and possible damage occurring to the mirror.

Glass Shower Door Warranty

When you invest in a glass shower from Circle Glass and Mirror, you're getting a high-performing, long-lasting product expertly constructed of the best materials available, and we're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on all glass shower doors sold and installed by our technicians.

Three-Year Warranty

Circle Glass and Mirror guarantees its installation and will repair or replace any faulty hardware upon inspection by a Circle Glass and Mirror employee. The warranty covers normal use, but it does not cover wear. If the glass was not installed by a Circle Glass and Mirror technician and there was any mishandling, the glass may not be covered. The decision to replace any hardware is based on the sole discretion of Circle Glass and Mirror. The glass is NOT warrantied against chipping or breakage for any reason after the initial installation by a Circle Glass and Mirror technician. All coated glass comes with its own warranties, which can be seen on the companies’ websites.

One-Year Warranty

Circle Glass and Mirror will provide a one-year warranty on the silicone seal, and acrylic sweeps, seals, and stops (material only). If your sweep needs to be replaced before the one-year warranty period, we will come out to install the new seal or sweep but there is a service charge. You can also bring them in for replacement at no additional charge. If the silicone seal has a leak within the first year, we will come out to remove and replace the silicone. The warranty does not start over. Circle Glass and Mirror does NOT cover mold or mildew, as these are considered maintenance issues.

• Discoloration or stains due to improper water chemistry, hard, and non-filtered well water are not covered under the warranty.
• Circle Glass and Mirror is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage, or acts of nature including fire, flood, or earthquake.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication.
• Use of harsh, abnormal, or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for the proper maintenance of your product.

Warranty For Picked Up Items

We're proud to back that up with a warranty you can rely on. We offer a comprehensive, straightforward warranty on products sold by Circle Glass and Mirror.

Picked Up at Our Shop

Circle Glass and Mirror provides a warranty against selling any material made from glass or mirrors that is chipped or damaged in any way. When you pick up your product from Circle Glass and Mirror, we guarantee you will not receive any damaged material. If that should occur, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the problem in a timely fashion. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the product before leaving the office/warehouse. Circle Glass and Mirror does not accept returns, as most products are special orders or cut to size. Once the product has left the office/warehouse, we do not warranty against any damage.

Products That Have Been Delivered by Circle Glass & Mirror

Circle Glass and Mirror provides a warranty that all glass/mirrors not installed by but delivered by our company will be free of chips or damage. If that occurs, we will make a new piece and deliver it free of charge on the first open date. Once the glass/mirror has been dropped off, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the material, and once the driver/delivery person leaves, we will not warranty damage that may have occurred. If the glass is delivered and no one is there to accept the product, it is assumed that the glass was dropped off in good condition and we will not warranty against damage of any kind.

Circle Glass and Mirror checks the material before and after fabricating, but it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to be sure they are happy with the product before they accept it.
• Circle Glass and Mirror is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse, spontaneous breakage, or mishandling of the product.
• We can only guarantee that they are fit to the sizes you give, Circle Glass and Mirror will read the sizes back to you for phone orders or if it’s in person, we will give you a copy of the sizes. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the sizes they ordered are correct, sizes given verbally cannot be challenged.
• If you provide written sizes, we attach them to your order and confirm our sizes against your written sizes.
• Customers picking up glass or mirrors at our shop/office should bring their own packing material.
